Cornerstone provided bridge technical assistance and developed additional bridge alternatives for consideration by the project stakeholders for the final design of Yosemite Slough Bridge at Candlestick Point.  The Yosemite Slough Bridge will provide a critical link between different parts of the area’s redevelopment plan, which includes residential, commercial, and recreational development.  The 1000 foot long bridge will provide access across the slough to transit, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic.

Cornerstone, along with their subconsultant Parsons Transportation Group, has been retained to further develop a new signature bridge alternative, an asymmetric network tied-arch, which will ultimately be carried forward to final design.
