The Veterans Boulevard Interchange project will provide access and circulation improvements across State Route 99, Golden State Boulevard, and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) to support current and planned urban development within the area.  Due to the proximity of SR99 to Golden State Boulevard and the UPRR tracks, and the need for continued traffic circulation, the project required creative engineering and close coordination between the project consultants, the City of Fresno, and Caltrans. Cornerstone started with the project in its early phases, assisting the City with the development of the Project Report and structures Advanced Planning Study, including early coordination with Caltrans Structures. With our extensive construction and Caltrans experience, the City also utilized Cornerstone to assist with Structure Representative tasks during construction of the interchange.
