Cornerstone was retained by the County of Fresno to assist with the development of the County’s multi-year Bridge Preventative Maintenance Plan (BPMP).  Cornerstone’s responsibilities included:

• • Determining eligibility of proposed maintenance tasks

• • Development of prioritization procedures

• • Cost estimation of proposed BPMP scopes

• • Pinpointing bridges with the high likelihood of requiring BPMP eligible maintenance activities

• • Developing a list of bridges which are, or may become eligible for replacement/rehabilitation funding under the Highway Bridge Program (HBP)
